Lavinia House exceeded my high expectations in every way possible. From the moment we arrived, Lyndsey and Mark went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver as I had a few crumpled outfits from traveling. the heating was perfect, keeping us cozy during the chilly evenings. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the complimentary toiletries were luxurious. the flat-screen TV and sitting area were a nice touch for relaxing after a day of exploring Whitby. the carpeted floor added an extra level of comfort and the electric kettle was convenient for making hot drinks. the location was ideal, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance.
